All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the technical organizer at info@greenenergyexpo.eu. The following cancellation fees will apply:
REGISTRATION
• A refund for registration can be requested until May 9, 2025. The refund amount for registration will be reduced by a 20% administrative fee.
ACCOMMODATION
• A refund for accommodation can be requested until May 2, 2025.
For cancellations or refund requests for accommodation submitted after May 2, 2025 (for any reason, including health-related), no refund will be issued.
All bank charges related to the refund will be borne by the participant. The refund will be processed within 30 business days after the conference takes place.
Required information for the refund: institution name, IBAN account number, and details regarding which participant the refund is for. For state institutions, the payment reference number must also be provided.
Name substitutions for participants are possible even after May 9.
